DeAnn Taylor has been in the Escrow/Title Industry since 1982.  She started in Southern California and moved to Utah in 2001 and has been with Monument Title Insurance since September 2002.  Over the years, she has efficiently closed a variety of transactions including, REO’s, commercial sales and refinances, residential sales and refinances, short sales, vacant land, apartment to condo conversions, construction and seller financing (including all-inclusive trust deeds and assumptions).  DeAnn has taught classes to new real estate agents covering PR’s, Huds and what to watch for.  She is very organized and has an eye for detail.

Alisha has a vast background in lending practices and Real Estate procedures that contribute to her remarkable closing capabilities.  Alisha excels in organization, and accuracy without compromising urgency and customer service. As a skilled Escrow Officer, Alisha is able to respond appropriately to different customer needs while adapting to unique closing requirements.  She truly embodies the attributes that distinguish her as a talented Escrow Officer.

Donna started her career in the title and escrow business in 1996 as an escrow assistant and years later obtained her escrow license and began to dedicate herself to her clients wants and needs.  Donna has a very outgoing and charismatic personality.  She is hard working and dedicated to providing her customers an accurate and timely closing.  She is very detail oriented and understands the importance communication plays in our business and strives to see that her customers have a pleasant and positive closing.

My name is Janyce Jones. I am a licensed Escrow Officer and have been in the Title business for 23 + years. I started as a Runner, advanced to Escrow Assistant, Escrow Officer and even Managed Title Companies. Having worked in a variety of positions over the years has given me expertise in many areas of my profession. I am certified in Advanced Closing Systems (ACS). I have a vast amount of experience closing commercial, residential and lending institution loans. I am able to prepare and understand all the legal documents associated with closings. I have good customer service and public relation skills. I feel my most valuable attributes are dependability, attention to detail and dedication to my company and clients. I am a team player.

I have been in the Title and Escrow business for 11 years.  Originating in California where I worked for 5 years in the industry as an Escrow Officer.  I have been in Utah for the past 6 years, also as an Escrow Officer.  I have had much experience with the REO properties and I am currently working on the HUD team.

I am a licensed Escrow and Title Officer with Monument Title Insurance, Inc., I have been working in the Title Insurance Industry for over 15 years, I started at Associated Title, in May, 1992 as a copytaker and worked my way through every aspect of the business from Copy taking, searching through the chain to prepare the Preliminary Reports for Escrow, to Escrow Assistant, to Escrow Officer, as well as Managing the Policy Department. Seeing what the Industry has been through over these past years, I feel I have great experience and knowledge in what it takes to have a successful Real Estate Transaction, whether it be a Purchase, Selling or Refinance, either Residential or Commercial.

My name is Kathy Bienz. I am a licensed Escrow Officer and have been with Monument Title for 5 1/2 years. I started my Career as a Runner, then as an Escrow Assistant working on the HUD team.  I have a vast knowledge of the HUD foreclosure process; I have since obtained my Escrow License and also have experience in closing Commercial, Residential, and preparing all documents that are required in any transaction.  I am a Team player, helping out with what ever is needed in our Company.  I am very dependable and dedicated to providing the best service possible to my clients, and their clients. I started in the Real Estate industry by obtaining my Real Estate license in 1994. I remember taking as many Continuing Education and training classes as possible to gain more knowledge about the real estate industry.  Two years later I was one of the mentor/trainers in my Real Estate office.  I sold real estate for six and half years then in 2000 I worked as an Escrow Assistant for a title company on their HUD Team. Several months later I then moved into the Marketing department as an Account Manager.  I’ve been a Marketing Representative at Monument Title since 2003.  I’ve been actively involved with the Salt Lake Board of Realtors through out the years and I feel it is important to give back to this industry as well as our own community.
